Willdor services

The right system starts with understanding the space

If you need cameras, network, Wi-Fi, signage, lighting, audio/video or POS connectivity, Willdor defines the technical scope: what must be solved, what will be installed, how it will connect and how it can be maintained.

What Willdor can solve

Services organized by need, not by equipment

Some clients need visibility; others need stable connectivity, better communication, a cleaner customer experience or fewer device issues. Each service responds to a specific technical need.

How to choose well

First we define the need, then the system

A useful quote depends on more than a list of devices. The assessment clarifies priorities, existing infrastructure, limitations, access, compatibility and the result the client expects.

  • We identify the main problem before recommending equipment.
  • We review network, power, access, mounting conditions and existing systems.
  • We define what is included now and what can be planned for a later phase.

Project path

From request to handoff

When a service becomes a formal project, the workflow is documented. Willdor defines what will be done, what the client must provide and how changes or future assistance are handled.

Request intake

The client shares the space, current issue, priority, location and preferred timing.

Assessment

Willdor reviews existing conditions and recommends a practical direction for the service.

Proposal or SOW

The approved document defines scope, quantities, responsibilities, assumptions and exclusions.

Site readiness

Access, work windows, power, internet, approvals and contacts are confirmed before deployment.

Installation and testing

The work is executed within the approved scope and basic functional validation is completed when applicable.

Closeout and next steps

The project closes with confirmation, recommendations and a defined channel for future assistance.

Technology can reduce risk, improve visibility and support daily operations, but it does not guarantee absolute security. Willdor does not provide central station monitoring, automatic dispatch to police or fire departments, fire alarm systems or life-safety services unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
