This policy explains what Willdor Security Technologies, LLC collects, why it is used, when it may be shared and the choices available to you.
This website does not collect payment-card information. Do not send passwords, alarm codes, government identification or other highly sensitive information through public website channels unless Willdor has confirmed a secure and necessary process.

When this policy applies
This policy applies to information received through willdorst.com, the website chat, Willdor support forms, business phone and SMS, WhatsApp, email, candidate communications and related service interactions. It does not replace the privacy notices of third-party websites or applications you choose to visit.

Information we may collect
Contact and identity information
Name, company or organization, email address, telephone number, service address and preferred communication method.
Project and support information
Property type, system objectives, installed equipment, technical symptoms, requested schedule, access instructions, site photographs, videos, files and correspondence needed to evaluate, install or support a system.
Candidate information
Location, experience, skills, availability, tools, transportation status, references and other information voluntarily sent when expressing interest in working with Willdor.
Website and technical information
Hosting, security systems and the CRM chat widget may process IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, chat activity and diagnostic or security events. Non-essential analytics are not active in the approved website build.

- Through the website chat and English or Spanish CRM forms used only for support involving an installed system.
- From an authorized business, property or project contact acting on your behalf.

- Evaluate, quote, schedule, install, document and support Willdor services.

- Communicate about an active request, appointment, project or service relationship.
- Review candidate interest and field-readiness information.
- Protect clients, personnel, systems and business operations from fraud, misuse or security incidents.
- Meet contractual, insurance, tax, regulatory and other legal obligations.
06 · Communications
Service and marketing messages
Submitting a support request or contacting Willdor authorizes reasonable communications about that request. Operational messages may include scheduling, status, technical questions and follow-up. Optional marketing messages, if introduced, must use a separate lawful consent and provide the required opt-out method.
08 · Retention
How long information is kept
Willdor retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, service relationship, support history, recruitment review, security, accounting, insurance, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and the reason it was collected. Information that is no longer needed is deleted, anonymized or securely disposed of when reasonably practicable.

How information is protected
Willdor uses reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and business operations. Access is limited to personnel and providers who need it for an authorized purpose. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so sensitive credentials should never be sent through ordinary website channels.
10 · Your choices
Privacy requests and applicable rights
Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also ask about processing practices or object to certain uses, including a sale or targeted advertising if such practices ever apply.
Email officialmail@willdorst.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Willdor may verify identity and authority before responding. Some records may be retained or excluded when permitted or required by law, contract, security, accounting or legal claims.
11 · Children
Services are not directed to children
The website and Willdor's commercial services are not intended for children under 13. Willdor does not knowingly request personal information from children through this website.
12 · External services
Third-party websites and applications
Links to WhatsApp, Google, social networks, app stores, manufacturers and remote-support tools lead to services controlled by other organizations. Their privacy policies govern information submitted directly to them.
13 · Updates
Changes to this policy
Willdor may update this policy when services, technology, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate website or direct notice when required.
